1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Euro Style Design warrants eligible furniture products to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period beginning on the date of delivery, provided that the product is used under normal residential household conditions and in accordance with its intended purpose.

This warranty may apply to manufacturing-related defects including, but not limited to, structural failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage, defects affecting hardware components under normal use, and significant defects in finishes or materials present at the time of delivery that are not the result of transportation damage or improper handling after delivery.

Proof of purchase, including the original invoice or sales receipt, is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser of the product.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to damages, conditions, or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, softening, stretching, minor seam separation, cosmetic deterioration, or other changes resulting from ordinary use over time.

This warranty additionally excludes damage arising from accidents, spills, stains, misuse, negligence, improper assembly, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture or heat, use of inappropriate cleaning products, pet damage, abuse, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.

Euro Style Design shall not be responsible for damages resulting from customer-provided measurements, improper installation conditions, commercial or institutional use, rental use, or abnormal environmental conditions unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing.

Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, dimensions, stitching, alignment, grain pattern, or material appearance between showroom samples, product photography, digital renderings, supplier samples, and delivered merchandise are considered normal manufacturing and material characteristics and shall not constitute defects.

Items sold “as is,” floor models, clearance merchandise, final sale items, discontinued products, custom-made products, special-order products, and products specifically identified as non-returnable or non-warrantable may be excluded from warranty coverage unless otherwise stated in writing.

Mattresses, lighting, appliances, accessories, or third-party branded components may be covered exclusively by the applicable manufacturer warranty where available.

3. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise specified in writing on the applicable product page, invoice, manufacturer documentation, or warranty certificate, the standard warranty period for eligible furniture products sold by Euro Style Design is one (1) year from the date of original delivery to the purchaser.

Certain products, components, hardware systems, or manufacturer-specific items may be subject to different warranty terms, limitations, or coverage periods as determined by the applicable manufacturer or supplier.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

Customers who believe that a product contains a manufacturing defect covered under this Warranty Policy must notify Euro Style Design within the applicable warranty period and as soon as reasonably possible after discovery of the alleged defect.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:

• Proof of purchase;
• A written description of the issue;
• Clear photographs or video evidence demonstrating the claimed defect; and
• Any additional information reasonably requested by Euro Style Design for claim assessment purposes.

Euro Style Design reserves the right to inspect the product, request additional documentation, deny incomplete claims, or require further evaluation before determining warranty eligibility.

5. Warranty Remedies

If Euro Style Design determines, in its sole discretion, that a valid manufacturing defect exists and that the claim is covered under this Warranty Policy, Euro Style Design may elect to:

• Repair the defective product or component;
• Replace the defective product or component with a product or component of similar style, quality, and value; or
• Provide a refund or store credit reflecting the original purchase price or the depreciated value of the product, as determined by Euro Style Design.

The remedy selected by Euro Style Design shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy available under this Warranty Policy.

Any repaired or replaced product or component shall remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

6. Transportation, Labor, and Associated Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Euro Style Design, customers shall remain responsible for any transportation costs, return shipping charges, freight charges, delivery fees, labor expenses, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation expenses, storage fees, customs fees, or other associated costs related to warranty claims or product servicing.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Euro Style Design shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, delay in delivery, condition, repair, replacement, or performance of any product covered under this Warranty Policy.

All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty period set forth herein unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Certain provinces or territories may not permit limitations relating to implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, certain limitations contained within this Warranty Policy may not apply.
