This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs shipping and delivery services provided through www.eurostyle.design and the affiliated websites operated by Euro Style Design, including:
1. Canadian Shipping Coverage
Euro Style Design and its affiliated brands proudly ship across all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping availability, delivery services, timelines, and delivery methods may vary depending on the products ordered, destination, carrier availability, and service region.
Whether customers are located in a major urban center or a remote area, we strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery options through trusted Canadian courier and freight partners.
Certain brands or product categories may offer specialized delivery services, White Glove delivery, assembly options, or region-specific shipping programs depending on the delivery location and product type.
2. Order Processing
Once an order is placed and payment has been successfully confirmed, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment, unless otherwise specified on the applicable product page, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation. Certain custom, made-to-order, imported, or special-order products may require extended processing or production times.
Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information, where available, once the order has been dispatched.
3. Standard Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times
Euro Style Design works with established Canadian courier and freight providers to deliver merchandise throughout Canada. Standard delivery service typically includes curbside delivery or delivery to the main entrance of the residence or building. For condominiums, apartment buildings, or multi-unit dwellings, delivery may be completed at the lobby, reception area, or mailroom depending on carrier policies and building access conditions.
Estimated delivery timelines following order processing are generally as follows:
Quebec & Ontario: approximately 3–7 business days
Manitoba & Saskatchewan: approximately 5–10 business days
Alberta & British Columbia: approximately 7–12 business days
Atlantic Provinces: approximately 7–14 business days
Territories and remote locations: approximately 10–20 business days and may require a custom shipping quotation
Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and may be affected by weather conditions, transportation delays, carrier limitations, supplier delays, high shipping volumes, remote delivery access, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, dimensions, quantity, handling requirements, and delivery destination associated with each order. Estimated shipping charges are generally displayed during the checkout process or provided within quotations or invoices where applicable.
Euro Style Design is pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $4,500 to most locations in Quebec and Ontario. Certain exclusions may apply, including but not limited to oversized items, exceptionally heavy merchandise, remote locations, special handling requirements, freight limitations, or areas outside the eligible service region.
For some remote areas or exceptionally large or heavy items, a custom shipping quote may be required. If a custom shipping quote is necessary, the customer will be contacted before the order is shipped.
5. White Glove Delivery & Assembly Services
Select brands and products operated under Euro Style Design may offer White Glove Delivery, room placement, assembly, and packaging removal services within eligible service areas, including certain major metropolitan regions such as Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa.
Where available, White Glove services may include delivery to the room of choice, unpacking and inspection of merchandise, professional assembly, furniture placement, and removal of packaging materials. Service scope, pricing, availability, stair limitations, scheduling requirements, and regional coverage may vary depending on the product category, carrier, and destination.
Additional fees may apply for White Glove or assembly services.
6. Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, customers will generally receive tracking information and carrier details by email where tracking services are available. Tracking updates are provided directly through the applicable carrier or logistics provider.
7. Receiving Deliveries
Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon arrival and reporting any visible damage, missing items, or shipping concerns as soon as reasonably possible. Where freight deliveries are involved, customers may be required to note visible damages directly on the carrier’s delivery documentation before accepting the shipment.
For larger freight deliveries, an adult may be required to be present at the scheduled delivery time to receive and sign for the merchandise. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that delivery access, stairways, elevators, hallways, and installation pathways are clear and accessible prior to delivery.
