1. Product Manufacturing

Euro Style Design and its affiliated brands offer furniture and related products that may include ready-made, imported, customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured items. Product availability, dimensions, finishes, materials, specifications, configurations, and manufacturing timelines may vary depending on the brand, supplier, manufacturer, product category, and customer-selected options.

2. Custom Orders and Production

Certain products may be manufactured, assembled, finished, or prepared according to the customer’s selected preferences, including but not limited to dimensions, colour, finish, configuration, material selection, hardware, fabric, or other available customization options.

Due to the nature of customized, imported, special-order, or made-to-order merchandise, production and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier schedules, material availability, transportation conditions, manufacturing capacity, customs processing, and other operational factors beyond the reasonable control of Euro Style Design.

3. Materials and Manufacturing Variations

Most products offered by Euro Style Design and its affiliated brands are manufactured using engineered wood products, melamine, laminates, veneers, composite materials, hardware systems, upholstery materials, and other commercially accepted furniture manufacturing materials.

Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, grain pattern, seams, stitching, alignment, dimensions, or surface appearance may occur between showroom samples, product photography, digital renderings, supplier samples, and delivered merchandise. Such variations are considered normal manufacturing and material characteristics and shall not constitute manufacturing defects.

Where applicable, natural variations present in wood veneer, stone, fabric, leather, or other specialty materials are inherent characteristics of such materials and are not considered defects unless otherwise determined by the applicable manufacturer warranty.

4. Product Modifications and Specifications

Euro Style Design reserves the right to modify product specifications, dimensions, materials, components, finishes, hardware, packaging, suppliers, or manufacturing methods without prior notice where such modifications do not materially affect the general functionality or intended use of the product.

Product images, renderings, dimensions, specifications, descriptions, and finish samples displayed online, in showrooms, within catalogues, or through marketing materials are provided for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the final delivered product.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all product specifications, measurements, finishes, customization selections, installation requirements, and site conditions prior to confirming an order.

Customers are additionally responsible for ensuring that ordered merchandise can reasonably fit through entryways, staircases, hallways, elevators, and installation areas prior to delivery. Euro Style Design shall not be responsible for products that cannot be delivered or installed due to space limitations, restricted access, or inaccurate customer-provided measurements.

6. Cancellation and Modification Restrictions

Once a custom, special-order, imported, or made-to-order product has entered production or has been confirmed with the supplier or manufacturer, cancellations, modifications, exchanges, or refunds may be restricted or unavailable except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by Euro Style Design.

Any approved cancellation or modification request may be subject to administrative fees, restocking charges, supplier penalties, storage fees, transportation costs, or other applicable charges incurred by Euro Style Design.

7. International Manufacturing and Importation

Products offered by Euro Style Design and its affiliated brands are manufactured and imported through international suppliers and production facilities. As part of the manufacturing and fulfillment process, merchandise may require overseas production, international transportation, customs clearance, port handling, container processing, inland freight coordination, warehouse processing, and final domestic delivery prior to reaching the customer.

Customers acknowledge and accept that international manufacturing and importation processes may affect estimated production and delivery timelines. Euro Style Design shall not be held liable for delays arising from manufacturing schedules, customs inspections, port congestion, container shortages, freight carrier delays, transportation disruptions, import regulations, labor disputes, governmental actions, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Euro Style Design.

All manufacturing, importation, shipping, and delivery timelines provided by Euro Style Design, its affiliated brands, suppliers, sales representatives, interior designers, or customer service representatives are estimates only and shall not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing by Euro Style Design.

For updates, estimated timelines, or additional information regarding manufacturing, importation, or production status, customers are encouraged to consult their assigned interior designer or authorized Euro Style Design representative.
