These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.eurostyle.design (the “Website”), as well as the associated websites operated by Euro Style Design:
(collectively referred to as the “Websites”). These Websites and their services are provided by Euro Style Design (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using any of the Websites, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Websites or services.
Territorial Scope
Euro Style Design operates exclusively within Canada. While some of the brands or products featured on our Websites may have international recognition, the services offered through our Websites are intended solely for customers located within Canada.
2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges
Euro Style Design allows cancellations, refunds, and exchanges, but each request will be assessed on an individual basis. Refunds and exchanges are possible within 5 days after receiving the merchandise. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including costs for items originally offered with “free shipping.”
Special orders and floor models are final sales and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
3. Custom Orders and Delivery
All products offered by Euro Style Design are customized to each customer’s preferences. Due to the nature of customization, orders may require several months for production and delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or absence, additional fees may apply for redelivery.
Storage Policy: Once merchandise arrives at our warehouse, Euro Style Design will store it free for one month. After this period, a 10% storage fee per month will be applied.
4. Shipping & Installation
- Standard Delivery is to the first floor unless pre-arranged.
- Installation does not include wall mounting or electrical setup.
- Redelivery Fees apply if the recipient is unavailable at the scheduled time.
- Customer Pickup is available, and customers are responsible for securing their items.
- Freight Shipments: Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report damages immediately.
5. Updates and Modifications
These Terms are publicly available on the Website and may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
