1. Product Manufacturing

Euro Style Design offers a wide range of furniture and related products that may include in-stock merchandise, imported products, custom-made furniture, made-to-order items, and specially manufactured products.

Depending on the brand and product category, products may be manufactured in Canada, Europe, or other international production facilities.

Product availability, dimensions, finishes, materials, specifications, configurations, and manufacturing timelines may vary based on the manufacturer, supplier, product category, and customer-selected options.

2. Custom Orders and Production Timelines

Many products offered by Euro Style Design are manufactured according to customer-selected specifications.

Customization options may include:

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, imported merchandise, and made-to-order products, production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

3. Materials and Manufacturing Variations

Furniture products are manufactured using a variety of materials, including:

Minor variations between showroom samples, product photography, digital renderings, supplier samples, and delivered merchandise are normal and expected.

Such variations may include:

These variations are considered normal manufacturing and material characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Natural variations in wood veneer, stone, leather, fabric, and other specialty materials are inherent characteristics of those materials and are not considered defects.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to industry manufacturing standards, product dimensions may vary slightly from published specifications, drawings, showroom displays, or digital renderings.

Minor dimensional variations that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances are considered acceptable and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

5. Product Specifications and Modifications

Euro Style Design and its suppliers continually improve products and manufacturing processes.

Manufacturers may occasionally modify:

Provided that such modifications do not materially reduce the intended function, quality, or value of the product.

Product images, renderings, dimensions, specifications, descriptions, and finish samples displayed online, in showrooms, catalogues, quotations, or marketing materials are provided for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the final delivered product.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all product specifications before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Configurations
    • Hardware selections
    • Design renderings
    • Quotation details
    • Order confirmations

Customers are also responsible for verifying that ordered merchandise can safely fit through entryways, staircases, hallways, elevators, doorways, and installation areas prior to delivery.

Euro Style Design shall not be responsible for products that cannot be delivered, positioned, assembled, or installed due to restricted access, site limitations, inaccurate customer-provided measurements, or conditions beyond our control.

7.International Manufacturing and Importation

Many products offered by Euro Style Design are manufactured internationally and imported into Canada.

As part of the manufacturing and fulfillment process, merchandise may require:

    • Container processing
    • Inland freight transportation
    • Warehouse processing
    • Final domestic delivery

Customers acknowledge that international manufacturing and importation processes may affect estimated production and delivery timelines.

Euro Style Design shall not be responsible for delays arising from:

    • Freight carrier delays
    • Transportation disruptions

All manufacturing, production, importation, shipping, and delivery timelines provided by Euro Style Design, suppliers, sales representatives, interior designers, customer service personnel, or marketing materials are estimates only and shall not be interpreted as guaranteed dates unless expressly confirmed in writing by Euro Style Design.
